Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Voliqo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Not for navigation

⚠️ Voliqo is a planning and visualization tool. It is NOT an official aeronautical navigation source. The data provided (airports, airspace, weather, aircraft performance) may contain errors, delays, or omissions. The pilot in command remains solely responsible for verifying NOTAMs, meteorological conditions, loading, actual fuel autonomy, airspace incursions, and every other operational aspect of their flight through official sources (AIP, ATC, manufacturer documentation, certified flight planners).

3. Account and subscription

Free accounts are memoryless: no routes, fleets, or preferences are persisted. Pro accounts include persistence, flight simulation, push notifications, and the virtual hangar economy. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe; you may cancel at any time from the Customer Portal.

4. Virtual hangar

The Voliqo credit economy and virtual aircraft are digital goods with no real-world value. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as required by law), and may be reset, adjusted, or discontinued at our discretion.

5. Manufacturer partner program

Manufacturers who register their aircraft catalog agree to submit accurate performance data and to a review workflow before publication. Voliqo reserves the right to reject, archive, or un-verify any submission at its discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The Voliqo name, logo, software, and content are owned by Voliqo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voliqo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Voliqo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to flight-related decisions made while using the planner.
