Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account: email, name, locale, timezone. Stored only when you create an account.
• Usage: routes you save, flights you simulate, aircraft you add to your hangar. Only stored for Pro tier users.
• Device tokens: push notification endpoints for Web Push and mobile FCM/APNs. Removed automatically when a device unsubscribes or becomes stale.
• Billing: handled entirely by Stripe; we only store a Stripe customer ID reference.

How we use it

To operate the Service: authentication, saving your planning work, sending push notifications about your virtual flights, billing for Pro subscriptions. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Stripe — billing (processes your payment details directly, we never see card numbers)
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, flight digests)
• Open-Meteo / AVWX / NOAA — weather data (we send coordinates only, no personal data)
• OpenAIP — airspace data (server-side, no PII sent)
• OpenFreeMap / MapTiler — map tiles (your IP is visible to the tile provider)
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage for route exports
• Sentry — error tracking (we sanitize email/PII before reporting)

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@voliqo.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (authentication session, locale preference). No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics until we ship a privacy-respecting provider.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active plus 30 days after deletion. Backups are rotated on a 30-day cycle. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.
